After losing the PSA Women's World Championship to Hayley inside War Dome III, Heather N. Marcus returned to PSA, earned a match with "The Goddess of PSA" at Ground Zero, and defeated her to become the four-time PSA Women's World Champion.

Hayley defeated Brittany Blake, Heather N. Marcus, La Biblioteca, Marcella The Mutilator, and Yuri Blade in War Dome III to become the PSA Women's World Champion.  With this victory, Hayley made history as the first woman in PSA to become a Double Champion.  She held the Title until Ground Zero Night One, where she lost to Heather N. Marcus.

Heather N. Marcus became the first three-time PSA Women's World Champion when she defeated Brittany Blake, Macho Mars, and Cruella Castonova at Halloween from Hell.  HNM's longest reign yet ended in the historical War Dome III at Extreme Hour.

Brittany Blake was once again PSA Women's World Champion after besting Cruella Castonova at Ground Zero Night Two.  Her second reign came to an end at Halloween from Hell when Heather N. Marcus won the 4 way that also featured Macho Mars and Cruella Castonova.

1. Heather N. Marcus- Ultimate Hour Anniversary Edition (September 21, 2023)

Cruella Castonova shocked the world when she defeated Heather N. Marcus at Ultimate Hour Carnival of Champions to become the PSA Women's World Champion.  Her reign came to an end by Brittany Blake at Ground Zero Night Two.

Heather N. Marcus reclaimed the PSA Women's World Championship at Finest Hour in a 4 Way match involving Hayley, Sheri Nichols, and Marcee.  Her reign came to an end at Ultimate Hour Carnival of Champions at the hands of Cruella Castonova. 

DEFENSES:

1. Azura- Now or Never (April 28, 2023)

Marcee bested Heather N. Marcus in a Blindfold Match to become the first two-time PSA Women's World Champion!  Her reign came to an end when Heather N. Marcus defeated herself, Hayley, and Sheri Nichols at Finest Hour.

Heather N. Marcus defeated Sheri Nichols and Brittany Blake at Plugged In to capture the PSA Women's World Championship.  Her reign came to an end when she was defeated by Marcee in a Blindfold match at Double Trouble.

Brittany Blake ascended to PSA Women's World Champion when she defeated Marcee at Heat Wave.  Her legendary 257-day reign came to an end in a 3 Way match against Sheri Nichols and Heather N. Marcus at Plugged In.

Marcee became the inaugural PSA Women's World Champion when she defeated Brittany, Azura, and Sheri Nichols in a 4 way elimination match at Finest Hour.  Her 63-day reign came to an end at the hands of Brittany Blake at Heat Wave.
