The PSA Hardcore Championship was the epitome of uncontrollable violence. Originally introduced as a gift to Drew Pender from PSA's General Manager, Cory Parcher, Pender went on to be its only true representative. The Championship was retired when it was unified with the PSA World Championship at PSA: Issue 22.
